    Sales Manager Opportunity

    As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the sales team of Vizmo, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Your role is crucial in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
    • Identify new business opportunities and target markets to maximize sales potential.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
    • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Develop sales processes for effective functionality of sales strategies.
    • Stay current with industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in B2B sales.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales and enterprise sales with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop sales processes, strategies, and execute them effectively.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Exceptional research skills.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
    • Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, enterprise sales, and pricing strategies.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
