    Description

    Main Responsibilities :

    • Devise a sustainable data strategy that will enable a solid functional data structure and framework while having high data-quality as one of the foremost priorities
    • Supervise the definition, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Dictionary across multiple internal business partners both Global and Regional
    • Supervise the implementation and maintenance of Data Quality Processes across all subsidiaries
    • Promote and ensure the compliance to Teleperformance Data Governance Model.
    • Define and manage the Global Security Model for compliant data consumption and analysis
    • Manage, mentor, motivate and build a team of Data Delivery Managers and Data Business & Technology Analysts (10+ people) to drive excellence in data management and data quality processes including gathering business requirements for data projects, designing solutions aligned with business needs and objectives and planning implementation strategies for data initiatives.
    • Lead and coordinates with his Data Delivery Managers across multiple key data initiatives to ensure projects stay on schedule and budgets.
    Competencies and Professional Background :

    Educational Background :


    Engineer degree or master's degree in computer science with 8 years in the Business Intelligence field and at least 4 years of experience in Managing BI teams (functional and/or technical)

    Technical Skills : (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)
    • Leadership skills: Responsible for managing and leading small to medium sized team (10+ people)
    • Expertise in planning and executing enterprise level data initiatives
    • Experience building high performance, multi-countries collaborative functional BI teams
    • Data Architecture : Data warehousing, Data Lake and Analytical models (Kimball, Inmon)
    • Agile Project Management (Azure Devops)
    Soft Skills :
    • Organizational, influencing and communication skills
    • High level of critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Change management skills
