    Job title:
    Manager - Product Marketing & Business Intelligence


    Experience:
    Minimum 8-10 years


    Location:
    Hyderabad (but can be remote for the right candidate)

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Product and feature gotomarket launch and strategy
    • Develop and manage business intelligence reports and landscape
    • Understand the competition and the HR Tech industry
    • Create collaterals to enable marketing, product, sales and customer success
    • Develop industry reports and benchmarks
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional team regarding data
    • Build industry relations with analysts and thought leaders in the industry
    • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
    • Product awareness through participation and felicitations in the industry
    • Proactiveness in ideating new strategies in research and brand building
    Product Marketing & Business Intelligence Manager requirements

    • Master's degree in marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Intelligence or Business Intelligence (must)
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills (a must)
    • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team (must)
    • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (a must)
    • SQL Server skills including SQL (good to have) object development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration
    • Knowledge of Technology such as SharePoint, Power BI, design and audio visual tools
    • Knowledge in Analytic tools: FactSet, Microsoft BI
    • Report writing skills
