    • Keyresponsibilities Including but not limitedto
    1. Onboard newcustomers
    2. Follow up onrenewals
    3. Encourage upsells andcrosssells
    4. Build relationships between customers and the supportteam
    • Developtrust relationships with a portfolio of majorclients.
    • Acquirea thorough understanding of key customer needs andrequirements.
    • Expandthe relationships with existing customers by continuously proposingsolutions that meet theirobjectives.
    • Ensurethe correct products and services are delivered to customers in atimelymanner.
    • Serveas the link of communication between key customers and internalteams (Keeping the clientposted)
    • Resolveany issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaintsto maintaintrust.
    • Prepareregular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders using key accountmetrics.
    • Networkingand handling Senior Executives in Corporates (CxOs DirectorsEtc.)



    Requirements

    • 0to 2 years ofexperience.

    • Researchand presentationskills.
