    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The Program Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and management of Startup Engagement programs, alumni engagement, strategic initiatives, competition analysis, and support fundraising efforts. Additionally, they will manage all aspects of Cohort programs from selection to reporting stages, cultivate partnerships with donors and stakeholders, and assist in marketing initiatives for broader outreach and engagement. The role may include other responsibilities as needed.


    Key Responsibilities:



    Strategic Initiatives:

    • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand AFI's reach and impact in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem.
    • Research and analyze emerging trends and best practices to guide strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to implement strategic initiatives aligned with AFI's mission and goals.

    Program Design and Management:

    • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of startup programs to promote social entrepreneurship and innovation.
    • Develop program timelines, budgets, and metrics for successful execution, overseeing activities and addressing challenges.
    • Foster strong relationships with program participants for ongoing support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

    Partnerships and Competition Study:

    • Conduct comprehensive studies of competitions in the social innovation sector.
    • Identify collaboration opportunities with organizations to enhance AFI's visibility in relevant competitions.

    Assisting the Fundraising Initiatives:

    • Prepare fundraising materials to communicate AFI's needs and priorities effectively.
    • Cultivate relationships with donors, communicate AFI's impact, and solicit financial support.

    Skills required:
