    We are seeking a Program Manager (m/f/d) proficient in Hindi to join our International Product Team responsible for enhancing the customer experience across various countries supported by Amazon Music worldwide.

    You will play a key role in analyzing and resolving customer issues, defining language-specific requirements for new features, and supporting the testing of brand-new functionalities.

    Key job responsibilities include:

    • Customer Insights: Derive insights from customer feedback, usage data, and research to provide input to product managers
    • Issue Management: Prioritize and resolve customer experience gaps, simplify complex issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
    • Feature Launch Support: Be the local voice for new experiences, collaborate with global teams, and ensure a flawless customer experience
    • Editorial Support: Enable a great product experience, consult on desired experiences, and execute creative solutions
    • Benchmarking: Compare product performance, make recommendations, and provide insights to product managers
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various key stakeholders to drive success
    • Process Management: Work on protocol/process development, evaluate data collection tools, and offer efficient solutions

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2+ years of program or project management experience
    • Fluent in Hindi
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
    • Experience in MS Access and SQL
    • Experience in requirement gathering and writing detailed documents
