    Job Title: Sr. Technical Services Engineer
    Job Location: Baner, Pune

    Our client is a leading Identity SecOps provider dedicated to empowering identity and cybersecurity teams with comprehensive real-time identity security management and threat detection. They specialize in securing identity and access across various cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and on-premises facilities. In 2022, Gartner acknowledged our client as a Cool Vendor in Identity-First Security, emphasizing the product's emphasis on data analytics and forthcoming AI/ML integration. The company's primary goal is to scrutinize events and logs from enterprise networks and systems to address identity and access security challenges.

    Position Overview:

    As a Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will serve as the main technical liaison for critical customer accounts, supporting them in managing the product solution, enhancing their identity security posture, and ensuring compliance with industry standards by identifying, monitoring, and responding to identity-related threats. Collaboration with various teams like Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Solutions is crucial to guarantee a smooth customer journey.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical services and assistance in deploying, configuring, and managing the customer solution.
    • Offer guidance and training to customers on best practices and maximizing the Product platform.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in identity security and cybersecurity.
    • Deliver advanced technical support to resolve complex cybersecurity issues.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Utilize the Product Identity SecOps platform to monitor identity threats.
    • Act as the primary technical contact for key customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
    • Create custom solutions to meet unique customer needs.
    • Automate repetitive tasks and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on emerging threats and enhance detection capabilities.
    • Thrive in a dynamic startup culture, fostering innovation and excellence.
    Requirements:
    • 8+ years of hands-on technical support experience in cybersecurity, focusing on identity security.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in creating technical documents and reports.
    • Knowledge of identity protocols and standards like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
    • Familiarity with security solutions and platforms.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and data analysis.
    • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and testing methodologies.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
