    As a Frontend Technical Lead, you will:

    ● Lead, mentor, and guide a team of web developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals effectively

    ● Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications using , ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines

    ● Build and deploy web applications from scratch

    ● Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

    ● Maintain clear and concise documentation of technical specifications, code changes, and architectural decisions

    ● Prepare growth plan for the team and help them achieve it

    ● Provide regular feedback for the team

    We are looking for someone with:

    ● 8-12 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a significant focus on

    ● Strong fundamental knowledge of the React library and JavaScript

    ● Solid understanding of Frontend technologies, CDNs, Load Balancing, Caching, Nginx, browser APIs, HTML, CSS

    ● Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards

    ● Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web security best practices

    ● Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship

    ● Willingness to work in a startup like environment

    ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

    Following aspects would be a plus:

    ● Prior experience in FinTech

    ● Experience with server-side technologies like or backend frameworks like Express, Django or Rails

    ● Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, and popular UI component libraries

    ● Experience with Full Stack development

    ● Contributed to open-source projects

    ● Contributed to React Native development
