    We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team.

    Job Location : Ahmedabad Head office

    Years of Experience : 8+ years

    Job type : full time

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    UI/UX Lead: A creatively inclined individual with solid knowledge of social, mobile, online, and other related ecosystems. Additionally in charge of providing the greatest online user experience with a variety of techniques and cutting-edge technologies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Recognize the essence of the brand and the notion of creative design


    • Create wireframes, storyboards and sketches to deliver beautiful and intuitive products


    • Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define product workflows, interactions, and user interface specs


    • Perform user studies to understand the impact of design and constantly innovate to improve user experience


    • Leadership of UI/UX team, including hiring and mentoring


    • Develop personas and usage scenarios and conduct usability testing


    • Create prototypes for new product ideas


    • Test new ideas before implementing


    • Build modular designs that can be used by development teams to adapt and implement

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED


    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


    • Ability to discuss and explain design options


    • Prior team leadership experience is required


    • Passion for extraordinary design


    • Expertise in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping


    • Knowledge of design systems and the ability to create and maintain design libraries


    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills


    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities


    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet project deadlines


    • Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and problem-solving abilities

    QUALIFICATIONS


    • Bachelor's degree in a related field from recognized Institute / University.
