    Description

    Post: Manager Corporate Sales or ManagerPlatinum Sales

    Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering and III fellowship MBA Marketing

    Experience: 5-6 Years in General Insurance (Mechanical Engineering Portfolio)

    Salary: up to 6lpa

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Understand the product and business proposition and explain / demonstrate it to the clients and business associates
    • Handle the end-to-end process of identification of leads, engage in business discussion, signup, and operationalize the business tie-up
    • Handle all documentation related to the tie-up - first proposal, presentation, agreements, etc., independently
    • Develop business systems and processes for efficient operationalization of the account
    • Evaluate potential business future forecasts and present evaluation of business potential
    • Responsible for entire Platinum Business generation in the designated areas of the company
    • Establish strategic alliances with clients for new revenue-generating services and network expansion synergistic to the core business
    • Collaborate with the Business Head to develop and improve sales channels to enhance product line sales
    • Handle grievances of team members
    • Work as per the minimum target and RFQ conditions mentioned in the Target Sheet
    • Wherever required, involve the CEO
