- Understand the product and business proposition and explain / demonstrate it to the clients and business associates
- Handle the end-to-end process of identification of leads, engage in business discussion, signup, and operationalize the business tie-up
- Handle all documentation related to the tie-up - first proposal, presentation, agreements, etc., independently
- Develop business systems and processes for efficient operationalization of the account
- Evaluate potential business future forecasts and present evaluation of business potential
- Responsible for entire Platinum Business generation in the designated areas of the company
- Establish strategic alliances with clients for new revenue-generating services and network expansion synergistic to the core business
- Collaborate with the Business Head to develop and improve sales channels to enhance product line sales
- Handle grievances of team members
- Work as per the minimum target and RFQ conditions mentioned in the Target Sheet
- Wherever required, involve the CEO
