    The Data Analyst role is an integral part of the Kaplan Analytics Team, which comprises Data Scientists, BI developers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts.

    This cohesive team is dedicated to providing robust data infrastructure and delivering data-driven solutions to drive key business initiatives.

    As a Data Analyst within this framework, collaboration with the Business Team is paramount. It involves closely partnering with business stakeholders to understand and tackle critical business challenges effectively.


    Primary/Key Responsibilities :

    • Problem Solving with Data-

    Driven Solutions:

    Utilize data analysis techniques to identify and address business challenges effectively, leveraging insights derived from data to propose and implement strategic solutions.


    • Data Management and

    Quality Assurance:

    Conduct data querying, cleansing, manipulation, and other tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy throughout the analytical process.


    • Presentation and

    Visualization Development:

    Develop presentations, visualizations, and metrics to address stakeholders' inquiries, providing clear and insightful representations of data-driven findings to support informed decision-making.


    • Continuous Learning and

    Technological Advancement:

    Stay abreast of the latest tools and technologies in data analysis, continuously learning and improving skills to remain up-to-date with industry advancements and enhance analytical capabilities.


    • Collaborative Cross-

    Functional Teamwork:

    Engage in cross-functional collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, working closely with technical and business functional units to ensure alignment of objectives, foster effective communication, and drive collective success.


    • Business Acumen and

    Strategic Contribution:

    Proactively engage in comprehending business operations, identifying pertinent data sources, and leveraging insights to propose innovative, data-driven solutions that address key business challenges and drive strategic initiatives.

    Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office.


    NP :
    30-day notification period preferred.


    Minimum Qualifications :
    Bachelors or Above in Statistics/Mathematics, Engineering, Or Business Or any other equivalent degree.

    • Minimum 2 years of handson experience with SQL for data querying and management.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with R or Python for data analysis and automation.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with Tableau or similar tools for creating impactful visualizations.
    Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics within commercial settings, spanning domains like Marketing, Operations, or Product Management.

    • Strong knowledge of basic and fundamental statistics.
    • Strong problem solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Interpersonal Skill.
    • Executive Reporting.
    • Stakeholder management.
