    Description

    If you have strong skills in data analysis and are experienced in expanding user base through social and digital platforms, Bijnis welcomes you to join their team.

    As a performance marketing specialist, you will oversee campaigns on Facebook and Google AdWords. If you are results-oriented, meticulous in tracking, and excel in data analysis, this role is tailor-made for you.

    You will be instrumental in devising and implementing strategies for acquiring new users as well as enhancing engagement with existing users through channels like Google and Facebook.

    Requirements:

    • Execute marketing campaigns via SEM, Facebook, Google Display, Email, SMS, and Affiliate marketing.
    • Implement organic growth tactics.
    • Proficient in automating analytics reports and utilizing various social analytics tools.
    • Track campaigns and manage marketing dashboards effectively.
    • Conduct A/B testing for online campaigns and explore innovative growth strategies beyond digital platforms.
    • Work with data stacks to analyze trends and user behavior for optimizing growth.
    • Devise organic growth plans with a product-centric approach.
    • Oversee user engagement and retention strategies.
    • Contribute significantly to establishing a pioneering community in India with global standards.

    What we're seeking:
