- • Train arrival inspections and report the abnormalities and follow up on open items till closure;
- • Document Non-Conformity Reports in the system and lead the issues till the closure of NCRs.
- • Conducting the Daily Inspection and acceptance or rejection of products as defined in the working instructions.
- • Closure of all open items list at shipment and Handover inspection to customer.
- • Periodic quality audits for compliance with Quality governance and calibration of tools used in inspections and commissioning activities.
- • Writing and updating inspection protocol, procedure, and checklists.
- • Conducting daily quality inspections, evaluating daily problems, and recommending corrective actions.
- • Manage all controlled document files and test records that form part of CHB in a timely and accurate manner, and update the CHB for handover to the customer.
- • Control the correct calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in the
inspections. - • Inspection and tracking of traceable items list for accuracy and traceability
- • Conduct daily meetings of the material review board of Non-conforming products in the MRB area.
- • Comply with EHS rules at the site
- • Bachelor of Technology (Electrical)
