    Description
    • Handling entire Sales IT Application ( Sales Force automation) portfolio includes designing/implementation of the solution.
    • Guide all technical aspects of solution development and integration, including technical design and quality of the implementation
    • Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle of custom applications and interfaces for a strategic solution
    • Collaborate with the partner application development and support teams to design, develop, and support application technical solutions.
    • Develop proof-of-concepts and perform research associated with new technologies and framework.
    • Application includes SSFA – Sales Force Automation/Distributor Management System/Online Retail Solution/Rural Market Solution/Digital Solution – Qlik View.
    • Work closely with external partner and ensuring right scope discussion/implementation of solution to achieve the business objectives and system compliance.
    • Work closely with Trade Marketing Team on Go to Market - GTM and Route To Market - RTM project and ensuring right beats/routes available for the salesman.
    • Responsible for the cross functional team engagement to ensure all the business key parameters delivered from IT end.
    • Work with audit team on year closing data, scheme utilization data and application licensing parameter.
    • Work with SAP team on integration of master data – distributors/products/ geo hierarchy and pricing data ensuring correct pricing flows from the system.
    • Work Closely with internal Team in automating Sales Operational KPI's and rolling digital platform – Power BI for the field force team and management team.
    • Monitoring Support KPI's to ensure smooth business operation and weekly/fortnightly connect with business team/management on the operations parameter.
    • Working with E-Com Team in setting up the IT landscape to have structured promotional activity with proper tracking mechanism.
