    Job Profile: Asst. ASM

    Job Location: Panvel

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling Sales & Market Development achieving primary budget through front line sales personnel.
    • Achieving Key Contractor Budget for the year through proper contractor engagement program.
    • Adding Distributors who are suppliers to OEMs/Factories through successful product trials & offering proper rates & service to the Distributor.
    • Interacting with IDs & their contractors & converting them through proper briefing of product range on offer, successful onsite trials of the products, offering proper price & service.
    • Analyzing market trends & competition activities @ product level & provide suitable feedback & our strategy to counter it.
    • Tracking competition activities and local market trend.
    • Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
    • Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.

    Requirements

    • MBA specialization in Marketing (Preferable) / Any Graduate.
    • 7 -12 years experience of hard core sales through channel network, preferably in the Paints (min 5-6 years) with expertise on dealers, distributors, retailers handling.
    • Must be capable of communicating in the local language.

    5+ years experience of hard core sales through Retail sales in paint /building materials industry + Team Handling
    Age profile: 30-35 years
    Graduation + MBA specialisation in Marketing

    Requirements
    MBA specialization in Marketing (Preferable) / Any Graduate years' experience of hard-core sales through channel network, preferably in the Paints (min 5-6 years) with expertise on dealers, distributors, retailers handling. Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
