- Handling Sales & Market Development achieving primary budget through front line sales personnel.
- Achieving Key Contractor Budget for the year through proper contractor engagement program.
- Adding Distributors who are suppliers to OEMs/Factories through successful product trials & offering proper rates & service to the Distributor.
- Interacting with IDs & their contractors & converting them through proper briefing of product range on offer, successful onsite trials of the products, offering proper price & service.
- Analyzing market trends & competition activities @ product level & provide suitable feedback & our strategy to counter it.
- Tracking competition activities and local market trend.
- Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
- Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.
- MBA specialization in Marketing (Preferable) / Any Graduate.
- 7 -12 years experience of hard core sales through channel network, preferably in the Paints (min 5-6 years) with expertise on dealers, distributors, retailers handling.
- Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
