You will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.
-Your Role :Utilizing your demonstrated superior Sea Logistics product + trade knowledge this role is primarily tasked with developing + diversifying business so that income increases, guaranteeing the future growth of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
- We want to be the best company to work for + with. Your day will be varied as you participate in teams' success + achievement of objectives.
- Start your day by reviewing your shipments, executed, in planning + forecasts are we heading towards ensuring we deliver as promised? Next pursue customer shipments with the best combinations of competitive + compliant carriers/routes in line with agreed standard operating procedures (SOP). Support the CCL team to review the status of current + new working instructions + SOPs, ensuring that we align them with our operational set up.
- During the day, follow up to ensure that assigned shipments are being evaluated for successful delivery with the ultimate goal of customer excellence while ensuring high level of quality in achieving the same, ultimately optimizing earnings for us. Delivering as promised being our motto, ensure regular dialogue with key stakeholders to review progress, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- 58 years of Freight forwarding sales experience
- Should have local market /business demand knowledge
- Should posses good communication and negotiation skill
- Graduate from any recognized university
