    Job Description for Associate Manager / Manager: Dealer & Network Development


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans for expanding and optimizing the dealer network, including identifying new dealership opportunities and assessing market potential.
    • Perform market research and analysis to recognize market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
    • Evaluate dealership performance metrics like sales targets, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and profitability, offering recommendations for enhancements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, OEM partners, and other stakeholders to encourage collaboration, resolve issues, and drive mutual achievements.
    • Ensure compliance with dealership agreements, standards, and brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity and consistency in customer experience.
    • Generate regular reports and presentations on dealer network performance, market trends, and strategic suggestions for senior management evaluation.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Demonstrated experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or dealer network development.
    • Thorough understanding of automotive industry trends, dealer operations, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
    • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, deriving insights, and making data-driven decisions.
