    Description

    Mindshare is looking for a Director - The Exchange

    • Proficient in creating integrated media solutions and managing multiple brands
    • Responsible for overseeing day to day operations and ensuring team efficiency

    Role Reporting: Client Leader

    Role Goals:

    In Three Months:

    • Understand category and brand objectives
    • Align with agency goals

    In Six Months:

    • Lead account and engage with clients
    • Deliver key projects and showcase product knowledge

    In 12 Months:

    • Work on Award entries
    • Establish credibility with team and clients

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic communication and planning leadership
    • Develop innovative communication ideas aligned with business goals
    • Act as a senior contact for clients on media and communication strategies
    • Support team career development and progression

    Required Skills:

    • Hands-on FMCG experience
    • Expertise in TV planning and digital platforms
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Persuasiveness and stakeholder management abilities

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 7-12 Years of offline and digital experience
    • Prefer experience with FMCG clients in top agencies
    • E-commerce and digital expertise
    • MBA - Marketing
