Job Responsibilities:

• Profitability Management: Understand the sales channels for .online and for .site and identify new partners and new programs that would help grow the business and improve the profitability of these TLDs. Important to have a good creative and analytical mind to be able to model and table opportunities through the sales teams.
• 360 Degree Marketing Campaigns: Create, test, incubate & scale efforts through a range of fresh, authentic, and deeply personal marketing activities, inspiring our target audience to build their business on a .ONLINE Domain.
• Go-To Market Strategy and Execution: Devise marketing strategies and plans while owning the entire planning to execution cycle. A data-driven planning approach with focus on prototyping/testing ideas will be key to understanding and building campaign effectiveness
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers, agencies, business communities and other related partners in the SMB and entrepreneurship network in the United States and Europe.
• Influencer Management: Own the influencer lifecycle for all campaign and non-campaign influencer initiatives. Working with influencers directly, agencies and/or their management to ensure that we shortlist, onboard and go-live with most appropriate influencers in a timely manner.
• Project Management: Work closely with internal and external agencies for content, web development, and design activities to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Setting up and monitoring metrics for campaign and non-campaign activities to represent meaningful data to make critical decisions. Working with internal teams to create dashboards using tools as well as external partners/influencers to aggregate and synthesize campaign metrics.

Who should apply for this role?

• Work experience of 3-5yrs in a brand management role. Prior experience in the USA/European markets is a bonus.
• An individual that is interested in a brand role looking at both - brand profitability and brand marketing.
• Should be comfortable working with numbers and have a good understanding of the P&L.
• Should have experience scaling businesses having worked through the entire marketing funnel of ideation → launch → iteration → analysis and reporting
• Experience and interest in business development to craft strategic Partnerships
• Experience with consumer research and a penchant for understanding customer traits and behavior
• Individuals with a growth focused mindset requiring minimal help/intervention to set up prototypes and partner outreach funnels.
• Experience working with tools such as Piwik, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & Analytics, others
