Description
ESSENTIALDUTIES
Prepares audit files and preaudit work.
Documents work performed to departmentstandards and IIA Professional Practice standards and providessupport for an informed objective opinion ofrisk.
Evaluate auditresults.
Proactivelyidentifies risks or gaps in internal controls and providesrecommendations to mitigate risks and improve internalcontrols.
Identifiesopportunities to improve business processes.
Reports audit findings and recommendations tomanagement.
Follows upwith stakeholders on any recommendations or corrective actions whenrequired.
May assistin the performance of investigations of improperactivities.
Providesonsite or remote audit support to engagements in other Regionsglobally.
Supportcontinuous improvement of Internal Auditactivity.
Utilize newtechnology.
May beassigned work independently or as part of ateam.
Performs otherrelated duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS
Education :A University degree in business information systems or aclosely related field.
CA (or CPAequivalent) or CIA designation.
Additionally CISA or CFE designations areconsidered a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 4 (four) years of financialoperational and compliance (including SarbanesOxley) audit workpreferably in a global manufacturing and commercial salesenvironment; medical device manufacturing and global distributionexperience a plus.
Must fluently speak/write English & Hindi (Asian/Europeanlanguages are a plus)
Skills
Strong problemsolving and analyticalskills.
Proficientwith Microsoft Office products; including advanced Excelskills.
Good workingknowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA and familiarity with other ERPsolutions such as Salesforce Windchill would be anasset.
Experience inthe use of Data Analytics Platforms is aplus.
The qualifiedcandidate must be able to work with multiple organizations andteams consistently meet deadlines and work well under timeconstraints and be able to quickly learn and understands diversebusiness areas/systems.

An equivalent competency level acquiredthrough a variation of these qualifications may beconsidered.
PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS
