    Job Title:Regional Sales Manager 3W Sales

    JobDescription:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RegionalSales Manager with a strong background in 3W (ThreeWheeler) salesand channel management. The ideal candidate should possessexcellent communication skills a deep understanding of the 3Wbusiness landscape and a proven track record of successfullymanaging sales teams and dealer networks across multipleterritories.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Expertise:Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of sales background in the 3Windustry showcasing comprehensive knowledge of the market dynamicscustomer needs and competitor landscape.
    2. Communication Skills: Exhibitstrong communication skills to effectively convey strategiespolicies and business plans to the dealer and salesteams.
    3. TeamManagement: Manage a team of sales professionals anddealers across different territories ensuring targets are met andobjectives are achieved.
    4. ServiceBackground: Prior experience in service operationswithin the automotive industry is an advantage enabling effectivehandling of customer service issues and enhancing customersatisfaction.
    5. TargetOrientation: Set and achieve ambitious sales targetsfor the region while maintaining a sharp focus on performancemetrics and KPIs.
    6. PolicyUnderstanding: Stay updated on industry regulationsgovernment policies and broker dynamics integrating this knowledgeinto sales strategies and operations.
    7. Business Planning: Develop andexecute comprehensive business plans for the region aligning withoverall organizational goals and objectives.
    8. Dealer Network Development:Expand the dealer network by appointing new dealers and nurturingrelationships with existing ones ensuring optimum geographicalcoverage and market penetration.
    9. Marketing Activities: Plan andexecute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketingactivities to generate enquiries and drive sales in theregion.
    10. StakeholderManagement: Liaise with government agenciesinstitutional clients brokers and financiers to build strategicpartnerships and foster business growth.
    11. Training and Mentoring: Providetraining guidance and mentorship to the sales and dealer teams toenhance their skills product knowledge and performance.
    12. Market Intelligence: Gather andanalyze market intelligence to identify trends opportunities andthreats implementing PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct) cycles to adaptstrategies accordingly.

    Experience Level: 12 years ofrelevant experience in 3W/small commercial vehicle sales andchannel management.

    Qualifications: Bachelor ofTechnology (B.Tech) Master of Business Administration (MBA)preferred.

    Area of Specialization:

    • Demonstrated experience in 3W/small commercialvehicle sales.
    • Proven track record in channelmanagement spanning multiple states.
