    Description

    Business Development Executive (BDE)

    About us: DSK Group is the leading manufacturer and distributor of various Home Appliances in India, with over 4 decades of experience.     BDE Objective: To drive revenue growth by effectively promoting our products to clients through strategic sales methods.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Achieving sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful deals. This involves actively prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base.

    2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly

    3.Identifying and on boarding new clients, distributors, and strategic partners to expand the company's market reach and increase revenue streams.

    4. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This may include organizing events, participating in trade shows, and creating marketing collateral.

    5. Preparing regular sales reports and analyzing sales data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights.

    6. Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and agreements with potential clients. Ensuring that deals are closed efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

    Essential Qualities:

    Strong relationship-building skills and client management expertise.

    Professional fluency in English, enabling effective communication with clients.

    Enthusiastic about exploring opportunities to grow and excel in the sales field.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Commerce or relevant field.

    Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and distribution of electrical appliances and related products.

    Demonstrated success in full sales cycle, including deal closing and achieving targets.

    Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

    Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

    Office Location: Thane West (Mumbai)
