    Overview:


    TheECom Manager plays a critical role in driving the ecommercestrategy and managing the online sales channels for theorganization. This role is essential for optimizing the onlinecustomer experience and increasing digital sales revenue. The EComManager is responsible for developing and implementing ecommerceinitiatives managing the online product catalog analyzing customerbehavior and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure aseamless online shoppingexperience.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand implement the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales andenhance the customer experience.
    • Manage theonline product catalog including product listings descriptions andimages.
    • Analyze customer behavior and websitetraffic to optimize the online shoppingexperience.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams todevelop and execute online promotionalcampaigns.
    • Monitor and report on keyperformance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce sales andcustomer engagement.
    • Optimize the website forsearch engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improvevisibility.
    • Identify and implement newtechnologies and tools to enhance the ecommerceplatform.
    • Manage relationships with thirdpartyecommerce partners and platforms.
    • Work closelywith the IT team to ensure the stability and security of theecommerce platform.
    • Provide leadership andmentorship to the ecommerce team fostering a culture of continuouslearning and development.
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including supply chain customer service andfinance to ensure seamless online order fulfillment and customersatisfaction.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business or a related field.
    • Provenexperience in ecommerce management including online salesstrategies and digital marketing.
    • Demonstratedunderstanding of ecommerce platforms content management systems andonline analytics tools.
    • Proficiency in SEO bestpractices and strategies to improve online visibility and searchengine rankings.
    • Strong analytical skills withthe ability to interpret data and trends to drive ecommercedecisions.
    • Excellent communication andnegotiation abilities to manage relationships with ecommercepartners and internal stakeholders.
    • Experiencein managing online product catalogs and optimizing product listingsfor online sales.
    • Knowledge of web technologiesand mobile optimization to enhance the online shoppingexperience.
    • Proven track record of drivingonline sales growth and achieving ecommerce revenuetargets.
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple projects in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.
    • Experience in team leadership andmentorship fostering a collaborative and innovative ecommerce teamculture.
