    BDE (Business Development Executive)

    Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

    Education: B.Tech, M.tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com, LLB, LLM

    Job Location: Mohali, Sector 72, Phase 8 Industrial Area

    Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

    Notes:

    • We are hiring for multiple positions to support our different Industry Sectors: Engineering, IT, Legal, Healthcare, Accounting/Finance
    • Cab facility to and from work is available for all female employees.

    Requirements:

    • 0-3 year of experience in lead generation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Impeccable Communication Skills (written and verbal both)
    • Should understand US market

    Job Description

    • Conducting market research to identify potential industries.
    • Developing and executing lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and cold calling.
    • Identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and communication.
    • Managing and updating customer and prospect databases.
    • Analyzing lead generation data and metrics to improve strategies and tactics continually.
    • Creating and delivering reports and updates to senior management.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest lead generation trends and technologies.
