We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in bidding platforms to join our team. This is a night shift position that offers a fantastic opportunity for both experienced professionals and freshers to excel in the field of business development.
Responsibilities:
1. Bidding and Proposal Writing: Leverage your expertise to identify and bid on suitable projects on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, and others. Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, timely responses, and a customer-centric approach.
3. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and industry-specific forums.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive the company's growth strategy.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for project acquisition, revenue generation, and client engagement.
Eligibity Criteria:
1. A minimum of 6 months of experience in business development and bidding on platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar.
2. Strong understanding of bidding processes, proposal writing, and client acquisition strategies.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
