Job Title: BusinessAnalysis/Reengineering Associate Location: Chennai TN600119 Duration: 30 Months Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Onsite Position Description:

• Analyze needs of customers andidentify privacy requirements that will be required for approvals
• Collaborate withstakeholders in OGC business functions (HR etc.) and IT (securityrisk management application development) on privacy safeguardsrequired in a global data environment
• Understand and support the data securityrequirements of different functional areas like client CreditMS&S PD etc. and all the regional KPI / Metrics initiatives
• Support complianceactivities as needed such as GDPR CCPA audits OICs access reviewsetc.
• Escalate issuesin appropriate forums and work cross functionally to developsolutions
• Serve asdata governance subject matter expert and demonstrate anunderstanding of key principles and data usage.
• Partner with data stewards toensure all information utilized adheres to compliance accessmanagement and control polices
• Develop understanding of policies that governcountry/region data security and privacy laws and/or regulationssuch as EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) US CaliforniaConsumer Protection Act (CCPA) etc.
• Provide feedback to enhance the enterprisedata governance model as needed

• Understanding of Compliance Regulatory and Privacyrequirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA CCPA etc.)
• Experience with existing ACR/ICR/SCRPprocesses

Experience Required:

• 35 years of business requirement analysisbusiness process management project management consulting datamanagement or equivalent experience

EducationRequired:

• Bachelors degree in InformationTechnology/Computer Science MIS Economics Finance MathematicsStatistics Business Analytics or equivalent experience in arelevant field.

Education Preferred:

• Masters degree preferred with a data scienceor business administration related focus.
