- Achieving the sales and revenue target in the assigned territory / customer segment
- Establishing long-term customer relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by identifying needs, presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns
- Developing strategic territory plans to manage a cost efficient, high performing business
- Coordinating training efforts with the training team to ensure rich user experience
- Keeping a track of information and movement pertinent to given line of business.
- Identifyinging deficiency in business processes and being able to logically use LN products and solutions to improve workflow.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing the sales and account management strategy.
- Be able to grow the business by increasing the market penetration and upselling the existing customers
- A successful track record in selling, planning, and executing sales strategies in new market and new product environment
- Able to travel as needed for accounts within the assigned territory
