- Consistently meet quarterly revenue goals and objectives (KPIs).
- Demand excellence through demonstrating best sales practices, coaching (through effective 1:1s), performance reviews, developing and inspiring team members.
- Coach your team on innovative sales practices to solve customer problems and create deal strategies, especially at CxO level relationships.
- Delegate assignments and decisions to empower your team.
- Foster a positive and values-driven team culture that will motivate others.
- Identify team challenges and lead training and education to improve rep effectiveness.
- Proactively measures business and team goals and communicates effectively with clarity and conviction.
- 6+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or team coaching/ mentorship experience
- Experience selling in serviced market
- Sales and Sales Management experience preferably in a technology, IT, SaaS and/or Human Capital / Consulting
- Proven track record in both hunting and farming sales
- Expertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth market
- Ability and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members with the aim of improving the sales skills of the team.
- Strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence at the C-level
