    Description

    As a Sales Manager with FMCG experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.

    Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard new clients while ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our current customer base. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts to secure profitable business deals.
    • Proactively reach out to prospects, schedule meetings, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years' of sales experience in FMCG Space & Online grocery apps like Blinkit, Zepto etc (MUST)
    • Knowledge of RTV, FIFO, Inventory Management and related industry concepts.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Account Management & Cordination across multiple departments in the team.
