    Required Skills :
    Technical proficiency in multiple design tools
    Creative mindset with an eye for detail
    Effective planning and decision making skill
    Ability to work on Mac based / Windows based workstations
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
    People Management
    Job Description
    Work closely with senior resources in developing POCs, alternate solutions/workflows to strengthen and extend the client relationship
    Collaborate with Project Managers, Operation Leads in building new opportunities, assist in review & scope, setting up of teams
    Interact with the client contacts, comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage resources for effective execution of projects
    Manage and maintain the overall design quality of the teams, work closely with key individuals on critical projects across marketing collateral designs, presentations, illustrations
    Facilitate collaboration between multiple teams with different skill sets in an effort to achieve a superior output for the client
    Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, posters, Web sites, identity systems and promotional campaigns for print and Web
    Synthesize information to develop creative, innovative design solutions for diverse, corporate client base
    Work creatively within a Corporate Brand to maintain and enhance the Firm's identity
    Should tutor/mentor/train the designer (s) and also be responsible for the quality of work delivered by them
