    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Guidemanagement and employee actions by researching developing andupdating policies procedures methods and guidelines; communicateand enforce organizationvalues.
    • Providecounsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordancewith the companys policies procedures andlegislations
    • Participatein developing departmental goals objectives andsystems.
    • Participatein administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings andseminars.
    • Managethe development and maintenance of the Human Resources section ofthe organizations website particularly sections on recruitingculture and companyinformation
    • Maintainemployeerelateddatabases.
    • Prepareand analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functionsof the department andcompany
    • Prepareperiodic reports for management as necessary orrequested.
    • Assistwith the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure andthe variable pay systems within the company including bonuses andraises
    • Providepayroll processing backendsupport.
    • Partnerwith accounting and payroll to maintain the payrolldatabase.

    SkillandExperience:
    • MBAor any equivalentdegree
    • Experience:13years


    Main Duties and Responsibilities: Guide management and employeeactions by researching, developing and updating policies,procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicate and enforceorganization values. Provide counsel and assistance to employees atall levels in accordance with the company's policies, proceduresand legislations Participate in developing departmental goals,objectives, and systems. Participate in administrative staffmeetings and attend other meetings and seminars. Manage thedevelopment and maintenance of the Human Resources section of theorganization's website, particularly sections on recruiting,culture, and company information Maintain employee-relateddatabases. Prepare and analyse reports that are necessary to carryout the functions of the department and company Prepare periodicreports for management, as necessary or requested. Assist with themonitoring of the company wage and salary structure and thevariable pay systems within the company including bonuses andraises Provide payroll processing backend support. Partner withaccounting and payroll to maintain the payrolldatabase.
