- Help achieve positive unit economics, and scalable gotomarket channels via defining KPIs, building MVP, running rapid experiments, iterating basis feedback, and tracking progress against KPIs.
- Help identify the right distribution channels for ventures and streamline marketing operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, which can help in growth of the organisation.
- Ensure optimal levels of business costs for logistics and operations within agreed budgets.
- Manage direct and indirect operations for the region while maintaining profit and gross margin integrity.
