    Role Description

    As an Operations Analyst at Viagreen, you will play a crucial role in executing and monitoring the GreenTags system across various societies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation of source segregation practices within each society, thereby contributing to our mission of achieving sustainable waste management solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute GreenTags System
    • Monitor Waste Segregation
    • Community Engagement
    • Data Analysis
    • Documentation and Reporting

    Collaborate with other team members, including field staff and community volunteers, to ensure smooth execution of operations and consistent adherence to established standards.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
    • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of waste management practices and environmental regulations is desirable.
    • Previous experience in community engagement or operations management will be an advantage.
