    Hi,

    We have an exciting opportunity available for the role of Manager- Commercial Operations Analyst at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, based in Mumbai.

    Job Overview:

    The Commercial Operations Analyst plays a key role in conducting financial/sales analysis, modeling, and forecasting to uncover trends, enhance sales performance, and boost productivity. This position, located in Mumbai, India, reports to the Associate Director of Commercial Operations in Canada. Responsibilities include developing reporting capabilities, streamlining processes, and driving efficiencies.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses to keep stakeholders informed about market trends for data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with brand teams to offer insights aligned with brand objectives.
    • Identify innovative ways to enhance processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Recommendations based on data analysis and create operational metrics and reports with insights.
    Educational Qualifications:

    B. Com, B.A., or B.S. in finance, economics, or business.

    Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

    Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Track record of creating reports, analytics, and insights.
    • Continuous learning mindset and strong communication skills.
    • Positive attitude, work ethic, and collaborative skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
    • Interest in both customer-centric and technical aspects of the business.
