    Position Overview

    Apollo is seeking an Analyst to join its Legal Operations team. The Legal Reporting Analyst role is responsible for preparation and analysis of legal spend data. The responsibilities include preparation of reports for upper management, performing analysis and reporting trends on legal spend information. Help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. Communicate these results to managers and provide suggestions based on their findings.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual legal spend reporting
  • Data mining and analysis of legal spend
  • Design business analysis and data reporting for use throughout the department
  • Creation and preparation of trend analysis reports
  • Assist in data collection of legal spend information
  • Implement process improvements where appropriate
