    Description

    Job Description for thepostThe person in this role is responsiblefor designing implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions forNetworks Firewalls and SDWAN environments along with multi cloudNetwork monitoring.

    In this role you should have excellentproblemsolving skills and thorough knowledge of Networkarchitecture security and cloud management. This role involvesensuring the security performance and reliability of networkinfrastructure through effective monitoring and responsestrategies.


    Accountabilities:
    Proficiency in using network monitoring tools like Thousand EyeSevOne Netbrain etc. Having indepthknowledge of Integrating monitoring agents and sensors acrossvarious Network & Cloud components applications andInfrastructure.

    Configure monitoring toolslike Thousand Eye SevOne Netbrain to collect relevant performancesecurity and utilization data of Onpremise as well as Cloud Networkand security devices.

    Creating Customizedashboards reports and alerts to provide comprehensive visibilityinto network and application performance.
    Finetune alerting thresholds and notification mechanisms forproactive issue resolution. Analyze networkand application performance data to identify trends bottlenecks andareas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations foroptimizing performance and enhancing the customerexperience. Troubleshoot issues related todata collection visualization and alerting.
    Integrate observability tools with other monitoring and managementsystems for a holistic view of the ITenvironment. Monitoring and managing cloudinfrastructure ensuring the availability performance and securityof resources in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services(AWS). Implement and configure Azure Monitorand AWS CloudWatch to monitor various cloudresources. Set up custom metrics logs andalerts based on infrastructure and applicationrequirements. Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including product management data science andoperations to define and implement AIOps strategies that enhancenetwork performance. Work closely withvendors and support teams to address technical challenges andoptimize cloud monitoring solutions.

    Partnerwith Architects Compute and Network Engineers Information Securityand other stakeholders to assist in the design communication andimplementation of Strategies Technology Roadmaps StandardsProcesses and Services and validation of theircosteffectiveness.

    Knowledge of Scripting(e.g. Python PowerShell) for automationpurposes. Develop and implement automationscripts to streamline monitoring tasks andresponses. Create and maintain documentationincluding best practices knowledge base articles andtroubleshootingguides.


    Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor s degree or higher in computer science engineering orrelated field required; master s degreepreferredExperience:10 years of experience and Indepth knowledge of Networkingprotocols Firewall technologies and SDWAN solutions along withAzure and AWS cloud.

    10Years experience inDesign deploy and maintain monitoring systems for Networkingdevices Firewalls and SDWAN environments.
    Experience in troubleshooting complex Network and applicationperformance issues.

    Indepth knowledge ofnetworking concepts (BGP DNS Load Balancing firewall and coreInternet) includingCDNCertifications:
    Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP Palo Alto Networks PCNSEor vendorspecific certifications in SDWANtechnologies. Relevant certifications incloud platforms monitoring (e.g.


    Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Monitorand Security Engineer) are advantageous

    Niceto have exposure:
    Grafana ELK &AppDynamics. Knowledge of Scripting (e.g.
    Python PowerShell) for automationpurposes.


    NonTechnicalSkills:
    Ability to speak both IT andbusiness with a focus on representing the art of thepossible. Excellent written and verbalcommunication with strong interpersonalskills. Vendor managementexperience Proficiency managing multipleprojects in the Hybrid Multi cloudenvironment. Strong documentation skills andability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnicalpersonnel.
