    FarmingUnderstand the clients business strategy and business needs/requirementsMap NewVisions capabilities to clients requirements and find ways where we can add value.

    Create opportunities for growth, respond to client asks likeRFPManage the deal processManage contractingRelationship ManagementBe the point of contact for the client and the primary point of escalationSet up governance for the client engagements and manage them by working with deliver teamManage regular reporting, governance meeting and client engagementManage CSATOperationsManage billing and invoicing by working with NV PMO teamMonthly contractual reportingManage client renewal process and take necessary steps to facilitate long-term continu

    ityQualifications & Experience:
    Strong communication skills in EnglishGood interpersonal and relationship skillsTeam player and hustlerOverall years of experiencePreferably started career in technology and worked for atleast 2 years in IT Development/ QA in a services organizationThen moved on to do an MBA and changed track to CSM, Sales in IT Services organisationGood to have valid US B1

    ience:

    Proven work experience as a Client Success Manager or Client Partner for a portfolio of about 20 to 100 associatesShould have relevant experience in playing a CSM role in IT ServicesExperience in IT delivery and understands development lifecycleShould have a good appreciation of technology including Cloud-native development, Quality Assurance, Data, ITSM and awareness of newer technologies like GenAI, RPA.

    Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across multiple units in a deadline-driven environmentHighly motivated self-starter requiring little oversightExceptional verbal and written English communicationskillsExcellent interpersonal and listeningskillsEstablished relationship-building and managementskillsExperience communicating with C-level executives, managing partners, consultants, and vendors (internally and exte
