    We are looking for

    Head Environment (DGM/GM)

    for our

    MNC client

    Building Material based at their Corporate Office- Gurgaon .

    Skills Required
    M.Sc. (Environment)/ M. Tech (Environment) with 20+ years of work experience in Cement/ Chemical plants. with minimum turnover of 1000 Crore + looking after Multiple Plants


    KRAs:
    Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining ESG systems, managing employee Environment & Sustainability activities and ensuring compliance to Group (European) standard as well Indian

    Job Responsibilities:
    Ensuring timely submission of applications of consents, reports, returns to Govt.

    agencies by coordinating with internal departments for grant of environmental Clearance, Consent To Establish, Consent To Operates and its Renewal, Authorization under various law for plant/ Mines operations.

    Coordinating for implementation of all applicable legal compliances for timely grant/ renewal of clearances/ consents/ Authorizations
    Ensuring Environmental Monitoring to be conducted by deploying approved/ accredited Laboratory (on contract basis) for compliance of consent conditions
    Developing Awareness/ Imparting training on Environment Legislation/ Management and its importance of compliances in all the units for complying National Corporate Environmental Policy

    Participate as a member of Expert Group "Emission Reduction" and Group Environmental Sustainability (GES) in order to fulfilling the group requirement.

    Skills Required
    Ability to prioritize competing assignments and comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
    Self-starter who is action-oriented, possesses a strong sense of urgency and demonstrate ability to collaborate and critical thinking
    Good written / oral communication and negotiation skills
    IT Savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills esp. Excel, Power Point and Word
