    1. Key Responsibilities &Accountabilities

    1. SafetyCompliance

    1. Analyze Review and Lead the circle teams in implementingsafety protocols including training
    2. Conductsafety audit of critical technical and office locations on anannual basis for compliance with ISO 45001 & 14001 and othernational and international OHS and fire standards as specified bythe Government customer regulatory and legal bodies.
    3. Work in tandem with audit teams and facilitate a smoothaudit of critical facilities . Minimum one joint audit per quartermust be carried out.
    4. Preparation of site wiserisk analysis and their mitigation plans.
    5. Monitor non compliances and follow up with circle teamsuntil closure in a defined time frame.
    6. Mentoring circle security and facility teams to provide asafe working environment to internal and externalcustomers.
    7. Create training material includingAV content for OHS training of employees.
    8. Coordinate/conduct biannual training sessions at eachcircle. Coordinate in advance for maximum attendance.
    9. Monitor all accidents and near misses and carry out RCAin each case.

    2. Occupational Health andSafety

    1. Lead theOHS function for the company.
    2. Ensure all newemployees are informed of their health and safety responsibilitiesprocedures rules and regulations;
    3. Assuringthat required equipment and personal protective devices areprovided maintained and used;
    4. Providingfor/organise health and safety training and education on acontinuing basis;
    5. Investigating and reportingall onthejob accidents promptly and requesting medical treatmentwhen necessary
    6. Investigating and reporting alljobrelated health or safety problems promptly;
    7. Coordinating or conducting internal inspections to assuresafe and healthful working conditions.
    8. Performroutine visits of the worksite to identify hazards and to trackidentified hazards until they are corrected.
    9. Study and incorporate safety requirements at the designstage while developing or taking over facilities. technical andoffice premises.
    10. Lead the OHS aspects relatedto ESG and BRSR.

    3.Fire & DisasterManagement

    1. Lendactive support to circles by leveraging liaison during exigencies.Liaison with Disaster Management Teams/NDRF Fire Department andother emergency services must be done during visit tocircle.
    2. Lay down roadmap for modernization andintegration of fire sensors and fire mitigation and controlsystems.

    4.Miscellaneous

    • Monitor all projects being rolled outpertaining to safety.
    • Any other role asassigned by the management.
    • Knowledge Certifications andExperience

    • Education Qualification

      • Minimum a Graduate inSafety/Industrial Safety or related subjects preferably a postgraudate

      Total Experience

      • Minimum 10years in a OHS role; at least 35 years of age and below 50years.

      Certifications required (ifany)

      • CQIIRCA certified Lead Auditor ISO 45001 and ISO 14001NEBOSH certified.
