    We seek a highly qualified Global Social Media Operations Manager to join our team.

    Working closely with our Global Social Media Director, Team and other stakeholders, you will ensure compliance, provide training and enablement, and help build a high-performing social media team at our Gallagher Center of Excellence.

    Responsibilities Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our governance processes and controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to mitigate potential risks.

    Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the organization. Lead and facilitate training and awareness programs to promote a culture of social media compliance and risk management.

    Manage requests for new social media channels, maintain a global channel inventory, and conduct regular audits to ensure the security and performance of our channels.

    Stay up-to-date with changes in social media regulations, platform policies, and industry best practices, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders, ensuring that our social media strategies remain aligned with the evolving landscape.

    Lead and mentor a team of listening and paid social media specialists, providing them with the necessary guidance and training and conducting performance evaluations to foster their growth and success.

    Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media, focusing on governance, listening and paid social. Experience developing and implementing social media governance frameworks, policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of platforms, regulations, and industry standards related to social media governance. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in governance, listening and paid social. Proficiency in tools such as Oktopost, Brandwatch, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms. High level of integrity and ethical standards.
