    Description

    PROJECT PLANNER

    Roles: -

    • Comply with Project Controls requirements including Critical Path Method Scheduling (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM).
    • Assist stakeholders in development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
    • Lead the team in the development of the Integrated Schedule that meets customer and project requirements.
    • Lead the development and implementation of the project schedule to meet the Earned Value Management system and Contractual requirements.
    • Perform resource loading of the project schedule using scheduling tool such as Primavera P6, MS Project etc.
    • Create a schedule management plan to develop the schedule and document schedule assumptions and constraints.
    • To demonstrate ability to analyse and interpret data, producing accurate, timely and informative reports in multiple formats targeted to the needs of the audience.
    • Perform analysis of projects schedules, produce recommendations for improvement, float analysis and analyze schedule delays.
    • Update the project schedule, as prescribed with changes to progress, target dates, labor assignments, and EAC
    • Provide reports/dashboards including Critical Path, Earned Value, EAC variance, Critical milestones movement, KPIs & Labor forecasts.

    Skills :-

    • Engineering degree with 6+ years' experience, preferably railway background.
    • Strong understanding of planning/scheduling fundamentals and standards.
    • Strong understanding of earned value principles.
    • Previous experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques.
    • Thorough working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, MS Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.


    • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
