    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager HRfor the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for overseeing various HR functions to support theorganizations goals and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment

    Developand implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain toptalent.

    Manage the endtoend recruitment processincluding sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of newemployees.

    Collaborate with hiring managers toidentify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment ofvacancies.

    Performance Management

    Implement and administer performance management systemsto evaluate employee performance and productivity.

    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees onperformance appraisal processes goal setting and feedbackmechanisms.

    Develop and implement performanceimprovement plans as needed to address performanceissues.

    Trainingand Development

    Identify trainingneeds and develop training programs to enhance employee skills andcompetencies.

    Coordinate training sessions andworkshops on various topics including technical skills leadershipdevelopment and compliance training.

    Evaluatetraining effectiveness and make recommendations for continuousimprovement.

    Organizational Design DevelopmentInitiatives

    Collaborate with seniormanagement to design and implement organizational structures andprocesses to support business growth and efficiency.

    Lead organizational development initiatives such asrestructuring succession planning and change managementprojects.

    Ensure alignment of organizationaldesign with business objectives and employee needs.

    People andCulture

    Foster a positive workculture that values diversity inclusion and employeeengagement.

    Develop and implement initiatives to promoteemployee morale teamwork and worklife balance
