- Continuously coach and develop thesales team to enhance their skills andcapabilities

- Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies andinitiatives
- Participate in the development ofannual budgets sales plans and businessreviews
- Represent the company at industryevents trade shows and customermeetings.
- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Sales Marketing or relatedfield
- Proven 7 years of experience in moderntrade sales management preferably in the Food & Beveragesindustry.
- Strong Arabic language spoken& written skills.
- Demonstrated successin achieving sales targets and driving business growth in themodern trade channel
- Strong negotiation andrelationshipbuilding skills with key accounts andstakeholders
- Excellent understanding of marketanalysis sales forecasting andbudgeting
- Ability to lead and develophighperforming sales teams
- Exceptionalcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills
- Proficiency in using CRM systemsMicrosoft Office Suite and sales analyticstools
- Strategic mindset with the ability toidentify and capitalize on marketopportunities
- Proven track record of developingand implementing successful sales strategies andplans
