    Description

    About :

    As a Senior Project Manager, he will be directly collaborating with CTO, providing expertise in both software and hardware.


    His responsibilities include managing the procurement of prototype parts for hardware projects and evaluating the current status of software projects.

    Reporting directly to CTO he will be a senior figure with at least 12 Years of exp.


    His role extends to exploring and implementing best practices in project and program management, with high-level expertise in tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.

    Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira and Smartsheet.

    Job Description :


    • A project manager is accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
    • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
    • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
    • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
