Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in front office administration.
  • Minimum experience:
  • 23 years of relevant experience in front office administration or a related role.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Familiarity with office equipment

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Handle general office inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and professionalism.

Salary:

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
