- 23 years of relevant experience in front office administration or a related role.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with office equipment

Profile introduction:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Handle general office inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and professionalism.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
