    SEO Manager

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join MBA & BEYOND The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing website traffic and visibility.

    As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve our online presence.

    Additionally, experience with WordPress, on-page and off-page SEO, as well as transitioning from Squarespace to WordPress, is highly desirable.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
    Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for optimization.
    Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and metadata, using relevant keywords and best SEO practices.
    Implement on-page SEO techniques such as optimizing website structure, URLs, headings, and internal linking.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
    Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
    Plan and execute effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach.
    Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
    Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
    Stay informed about the latest WordPress features and plugins, leveraging them to enhance website performance and user experience.
    Manage the transition from Squarespace to WordPress, ensuring a seamless migration process while maintaining SEO integrity.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

    Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in SEO.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

    Proficiency in WordPress and experience transitioning from Squarespace to WordPress.
    In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and tools.
    Familiarity with SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Moz.
    Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
    Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
    Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates.
