    Product Marketing Manager - Study Trips

    Location: Mumbai, India

    Division: Study Trips

    Overview: Emeritus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our International Business Study Trips division. The ideal candidate will be a marketing maven with a knack for creating compelling content and a passion for educational travel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Study Trip Product Managers to develop engaging marketing materials, including landing pages, brochures, and social media content.
    • Train regional Line of Business (LOB) marketing and sales teams on effective strategies to market and sell Executive Study Trips and International Summer Camps.
    • Analyze marketing and sales funnel data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Manage the end-to-end user experience for participants enrolling in study trip and camp programs, from website launch to payment processing.
    • Optimize pre-trip and post-trip data collection and tracking using the latest technology.
    • Create and curate content from trips to craft viral social media campaigns that promote future trips to prospective executives and students.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the education or travel industry.
    • Ability to produce sharp marketing collateral and viral social media content.
    • Experience in optimizing online user journeys, including registration and payment processes.
    • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of innovation and execution.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Willingness to work alongside a global team and adapt to diverse markets.
