    Description

    Our client is a leading Health care BPO with over 2000 employees based in Chennai, looking to hire CFO who can provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and executing financial plan aligned with the organizations growth objectives, this includes plans for profitable expansion and external investment
    • Address revenue projections, expense management and capital allocation
    • Creating capital allocation scenarios on an ongoing basis to assist the top management in decision making
    • Providing strategic financial guidance and support to leadership team
    • Evaluating investment opportunities, pricing strategies and business expansion plans
    • Creating controls and reporting in place to hold business units and functions accountable for enabling efficient use of resources, this includes controls related to client billing, collections, holing clients accountable to payment terms and conditions etc.
    • Owning and managing due diligence process for capital raise by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

    Desired Profile:

    • Prior experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as CFO, in a fast-growing company with a track record of profitable growth. Minimum 15 years of experience as a finance professional
    • Global Accounting: Thorough understanding of US based Accounting and GAAP Principles as well as India accounting and finance principles
    • Capital Raising: Experience in securing external investment, including engagement with investors, preparation of financial proposals, and successful negotiations
    • Financial Strategy: Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including revenue cycle management, and an understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities within the sector
    • Education/Qualifications: CA/MBA/CPA
