    Job description:
    At-Least 8+ years of relevant working experience as Business Development Manager in Engineering Sales.
    Good experience in handling Tier-1 Clients in Staffing domainProspect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
    Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    Experience in managing the Sales Lifecycle, prospecting, cold calling, and selling to close deals.
    Experience in all Lead Generation activities, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.
    Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
    Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
    Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
    Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
