    In just two years, we have enabled students to get the best deals on $ 1.8 Billion of loan requests and facilitated disbursements of more than $ 250 Million in loans. GradRight won the HSBC Fintech Innovation Challenge supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India. GradRight's team has extensive domestic and international experience launching and scaling premier higher education institutions. Alumni of IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIT Roorkee, ISB Hyderabad, and the University of Pennsylvania form the founding team at GradRight. GradRight is a Delaware, USA-registered company with a wholly-owned subsidiary in India. It has raised Series A investments from IvyCap Ventures

    Core Responsibilities:

    Strategy and planning:

    1. Develop the overall marketing strategy for building the GR brand and its sub-products in different segments of students, universities and regions in India and outside
    2. Build the annual marketing budget and execution schedule
    3. Continuous refinement of the strategy and plan based on user research and business goals

    Execution:

    1. Drive the execution of the marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional leads
    2. Conceptualize and drive the execution of high impact campaigns
    3. Ensure the brand consistency and coherence in execution of plans
    4. Identify top-quality vendors, service providers that will further enable marketing outcomes
    5. Track and report on budget/plan Vs actuals to the Management Group

    Team development:

    1. Build a high performing team that works in alignment with the GR culture
    2. Ensure that the team members are aligned on understanding of the markets, users, strategies and plans
    3. Guide every team member to learn and grow and take on bigger responsibilities

    Qualifications: MBA from a Tier 1⁄2 Business School with an undergraduate degree in engineering or sciences or Math will be preferred but it is NOT MANDATORY, if you are self-taught and if your experience demonstrates your proficiency and skills required for this role.

    Skills and Experience:

    1. 12-15 years of experience in marketing/outreach in higher-education/ed-tech sector
    2. Experience in early-stage/growth-stage start-ups in the education sector will be preferred

    Location: Gurugram

    Compensation: Commensurate with experience with a Fixed + Variable + Stock structure: CTC range: INR 50 lacs to 75 Lacs.
